Nick Stewart:Ink landscape
Nick is a new artist to the OAG and promises to deliver something original by way of his chosen medium - fountain pen ink.

For ten years Nick has engaged in a personal project to re imagine fountain pen ink, using ink chromatography and bleach alchemy.
There will be an opportunity to try out this technique after the demonstration.

Melissa Wishart: Review
Painting on a coloured ground, Melissa, directed members through an oil seascape based on a photograph of Sidmouth, a beach she is very familiar with.
​
The raised viewpoint allowed for a deep beach scene populated with people.
OAG Annual Exhibition
Review
With over 500 visitors and 272 paintings entered, our Annual Exhibition was another huge success for Chris Sharp and the Exhibition Team.
​
Visitors were full of praise both for the presentation of the event and the quality of work submitted by our members.
​
Ann Grigg swept the board with her 'Preening Kingfisher' which was awarded 1st Prize by our judge Stewart Beckett and voted 'Visitor's Choice'.
